SYCLUB Privacy Policy

Tianjin Changxiang Leyou Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the SYCLUB app ("the App"), a live audio station app. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect and why

Account: your account name and password (stored only as an irreversible hash), plus the handle you choose. Used to create your account and keep you signed in.
Profile: avatar and bio you add. Shown to other users on your station and in chats.
Station activity: the station you host or listen to, your seat (host/guest), raised hands, scheduled shows and reminders, follows, blocks and reports. These in-app relationships are stored with your account and used to run the station, schedule and moderation features. We do not read your device's address book or contacts.
Live audio: while you host or speak as a guest, your audio is relayed live to listeners of that station. It is not recorded or stored by us.
Draw & Guess: drawing strokes and guesses during a game are broadcast to the station in real time and are not stored after the game ends.
Messages: station chat messages and private messages (text and images). Stored so they can be delivered and displayed; private messages are deleted after 180 days.
Purchases: product identifiers, Apple transaction identifiers and signed transaction data, Tokens balance, Backstage Pass status and history. Used to verify purchases and show your history. We never receive your payment card or Apple ID password.
Device and log data: IP address, app and OS version, timestamps and server logs, for security and troubleshooting. Our server access logs record each request line, including any search terms you type in Search, together with your IP address and the time of the request. Kept for 90 days.

We do not collect your phone number, your device's address book, precise location or health data. No advertising or analytics SDKs; no cross-app tracking.

2. Permissions

Microphone – only while you host or speak as a guest. You can decline or revoke it and still listen.
Photos – only when you pick an avatar, station cover or chat image.

3. Service providers

Tencent Cloud TRTC – real-time audio transmission. While you are in a station, the TRTC SDK built into the App sends Tencent your user and station identifiers, live audio, your IP address, a device identifier generated by the SDK, your app, SDK and OS versions, network type, and call-quality diagnostics (such as CPU and memory usage, latency and packet loss). Tencent's call-quality dashboard also records an approximate region (country or province) for your session. Under Tencent's published TRTC privacy agreement, Tencent keeps these service logs, dashboard and troubleshooting data for 14 days.
Tencent Cloud COS – storage of images you upload (Singapore region).
Apple In-App Purchase – all payments, under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information and share it only as required by law. Your handle, avatar, station and chat messages are visible to other users.

4. Storage, retention and security

Data is stored on servers in Singapore (Tencent Cloud); using the App from elsewhere transfers your data there.
Account data is kept while the account exists; private messages 180 days; our server logs (including search terms) 90 days; Tencent TRTC service logs 14 days under Tencent's policy; purchase records as required by law.
HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords and access controls protect your data. We notify you as required by law of security incidents affecting you.

5. Your rights

Edit your profile in Me → Edit profile; delete shows or your station at any time.
Revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
Delete your account in Me → Settings → Delete account; personal data is deleted or anonymized within 15 business days unless the law requires retention.
Users in the EU/EEA, UK, California and other regions may exercise access, portability, correction, deletion and objection rights by contacting us; we respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The App is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; contact us to have such data removed.
