SYCLUB Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Tianjin Changxiang Leyou Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for the use of the SYCLUB app ("the App"). By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.

1. Account

• Register with an account name (4–20 letters, digits or underscores) and a password (6–20 characters). Keep your password safe; actions taken with your account are yours.
• One account per person; accounts may not be sold, lent or transferred.
• Delete your account any time in Me → Settings → Delete account. Tokens, Backstage Pass and other virtual items are removed with the account.

2. The service

The App lets you host or listen to live audio stations, join as a guest by raising your hand, schedule shows, play Draw & Guess in a station, chat, send virtual gifts and message other users. Features may change with reasonable notice.

3. Tokens, gifts and Backstage Pass

• Tokens are a virtual currency bought through Apple In-App Purchase and used only to send virtual gifts inside the App.
• Backstage Pass is a one-time purchase giving 30 days of Backstage features (badge, priority in the raised-hand list, up to 3 scheduled shows). It does not renew automatically; buying again extends it by 30 days.
• Gifts increase the host's popularity score. Tokens, gifts, popularity and Backstage Pass have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred. Draw & Guess awards points only, never Tokens or money.
• Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests go through Apple. Used virtual items are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Community rules

Everything you broadcast, draw, write or post must be lawful and respectful. No sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent or illegal content; no impersonation, spam or advertising; no bots or exploits; no collecting other users' data. We may remove content, mute, restrict or ban accounts, and report unlawful activity. Use Report on any user, station or message and Block to stop contact; reports are handled within 3 business days. Hosts are responsible for moderating their station and may remove or mute guests.

5. Content and intellectual property

• You own what you create and are responsible for it; you grant us a license to store, transmit and display it to run the App.
• The App, its design, icons, text and software are ours and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

6. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the App and apply when you continue to use it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by network or device problems, third-party services, other users' conduct or your own actions. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the App during the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes go first to negotiation, then to the competent court at our registered address.
